   1. If the fan isn't operational, check continuity from the middle (ground) terminal to either outside terminal.

   2. A reading of 120V or higher indicates the fan should be running and may need replacement. If not, consider replacing the control board though this is rare.

3. Inspect compressor and surrounding components for any signs of a refrigerant leak, such as oily residue.
